Tiffany Frierson and Alan Steinberg have been appointed the US NPoCs

In January 2008, Tiffany Frierson of Memphis, TN and Alan Steinberg of Houston, Texas were appointed the new National Points of Contact for the United States! Both are very enthusiastic about space and space exploration, and will serve as exemplary National Points of Contact. Google Lunar X-Prize

The first 10 teams competing for the Lunar X-Prize were announced yesterday (February 22, 2008). The teams hail from all over the world, including Italy and Romania. They (the teams) are:

    Odyssey Moon
    Astrobotic
    Team Italia
    Micro Space
    SCSG
    FredNet
    ARCA
    Lunatrex
    Quantum3
    Chandah
